Ext5 was founded by Tsion Mekonnen, who brings seven years of executive support experience from Breakthrough Energy (Bill Gates-founded clean tech initiative) to state government. After coordinating C-suite communications, managing multi-million dollar healthcare initiatives, and supporting executives at the highest levels of business and government, Tsion recognized a gap: every business deserves enterprise-level phone support.
